Effective Date: June 16, 2026 · Vamo Travel LLC
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 14 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Vamo Travel LLC (“Vamo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Vamo app, website at vamonow.co, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vamo.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vamo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Vamo is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for an extended period with advance notice where practicable.
Vamo helps users discover travel destinations and understand how to book them using credit card points and loyalty miles. The Service includes:
Vamo is a travel discovery and education tool. It is not a travel agency, booking agent, financial advisor, or licensed broker of any kind. All points valuations, CPP calculations, destination recommendations, and booking guidance are for informational purposes only.
Flight prices, award availability, and points values change frequently. Vamo does not guarantee that any fare, award seat, or points valuation displayed will be available when you attempt to book. Always verify availability and pricing directly with the airline, hotel, or travel provider before booking.
Vamo offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier called Compass. Features available under each tier are described on the Service and may change over time with notice.
Compass is available on a monthly basis ($14.99/month) or annual basis ($119/year). A Founding Member annual rate of $99/year is available to the first 1,000 annual subscribers and renews at $119/year in subsequent years.
Monthly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Annual subscriptions do not include a free trial.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on your billing cycle date.
You may cancel your Compass subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Compass features through the end of the period for which you have paid.
No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods, except as follows:
After these windows, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. Your continued use of Compass after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Monthly subscribers may pause their Compass subscription for up to 3 months as an alternative to cancellation. This feature is available through account settings. During a pause, you will not be charged and will not have access to paid features.
Vamo includes affiliate links to third-party travel providers including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, travel insurance providers, activity platforms, and credit card issuers. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, Vamo may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence our destination recommendations or CPP calculations. We only recommend booking paths we believe are genuinely useful to you.
All transactions completed through third-party links are subject to the third party’s own terms, policies, and pricing. Vamo is not a party to any transaction you complete with a third-party provider and is not responsible for their products, services, pricing, availability, or customer support.
Vamo currently operates as a read-only service for most users. If and when features that allow users to submit, share, or publish content are introduced (such as trip reviews, shared itineraries, or community features), the following terms will apply:
We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to the Service or its users.
You agree not to:
The Vamo name, logo, Atelier design system, Compass Blueprints, FIBI philosophy, and all other content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Vamo Travel LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of Vamo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at vamonow.co/privacy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Vamo Travel LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
Points and miles programs are operated by third parties. Their terms, award charts, and valuations can change without notice. Vamo is not responsible for changes made by loyalty programs, airlines, hotels, or credit card issuers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vamo Travel LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event will Vamo’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Vamo in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vamo Travel LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at brandon@vamonow.co or through account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), 14 (Arbitration), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
You and Vamo Travel LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except as set forth below.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at adr.org. The arbitration will take place in Broward County, Florida, or at a mutually agreed location. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Vamo each waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative action. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to brandon@vamonow.co within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, account email address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim must be brought in court and not in arbitration, but this does not affect the arbitration agreement for individual claims.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the Effective Date and, where appropriate, by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account or displaying a notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
